Cancellation & Refund Policy
The International Journal of Innovative Developments in Engineering and Technology (IJIDET) aims to provide a transparent Cancellation and Refund Policy for its authors and contributors regarding Article Processing Charges (APC) and publication fees.
Cancellation Policy:
- Authors may request cancellation of manuscript submission before the peer-review process begins.
- Once the manuscript is under review, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- All cancellation requests must be sent to the official journal email with submission details.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds are only applicable if the manuscript is cancelled before peer review has started.
- Partial or full refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval of the cancellation request.
- No refunds will be issued once the manuscript has been accepted, published online, or assigned a DOI.
- All refunds are processed via the same payment method used during submission.
